it might help to be able to specify a time frame e.g. the #Irishmed tweetchat lasts only 2 hours, and it might give a better picture of the chat if the graph was limited to those tweets

I posted a new map narrowed to just the 12th of February 2015. The data files posted contain time stamps for each tweet: you can filter the network to any sub-time-period you define.
